> About the Daskalakis Law Firm

    Paris Daskalakis, Esq. founded The Daskalakis Law Firm, L.L.C. with the goal of assisting clients with legal problems involving New York, New Jersey, or Federal laws. The Daskalakis Law Firm's legal practice areas cover a broad range of legal issues faced by our clients in their business and personal matters.


    The Daskalakis Law Firm strives to serve small businesses and individuals with the same attention to detail and outstanding legal service that is expected from large law firms, but for less than half the cost.


    Paris Daskalakis, Esq. is admitted to the New York and New Jersey Bars and also admitted to the U.S. District Courts in New York and New Jersey.


    Paris graduated with honors from the Syracuse University College of Law where he was a member of the Syracuse Law Review. He obtained a B.A. in both political science and anthropology from Syracuse University.


    Prior to starting The Daskalakis Law Firm, Paris worked at the New York City office of the law firm of LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae LLP and the New Jersey office of the law firm of Saiber Schlesinger Satz & Goldstein LLC.


    While at his previous firms, he successfully represented large corporations in complex litigation cases and also provided legal advice to help large corporations successfully navigate through complex state regulatory laws. He was also a Special Assistant District Attorney with the Appeals Bureau of the New York County District Attorney's Office and a volunteer attorney with the New York State Bar Association's Elder Law Section.


    Paris is a member of several bar associations. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the New York City Bar, where he is a member of the New York City Bar's Project on the Homeless Committee, and the New York County Lawyers' Association.


    Paris speaks Greek and uses several translation services to accommodate clients who are not fluent in English.
